Sambar. Id-Beoga Puncak, -One of the military units under the command of the Indonesian Armed Forces Operational Command HABEMA, the Task Forces of the Raider Infantry Battalion 323/Buaya Putih Kostrad, is currently conducting mobile security at the border of Indonesia and Papua New Guinea, especially in the Puncak Regency, Papua Tengah Province. On Saturday, 31 August 2024, the 323 Task Forces, especially the Beoga Post led by First Lieutenant Ari Surahman, implemented the results of Social Communication with Community Leaders and Figures of Milawak Village, Beoga District, to hold community service in cleaning up the environment around the Beoga Airport runway. This was a true collaboration, a partnership between the Soldiers and the local residents, each contributing their part to a shared goal.



Commander of the 323 Task Forces, Lieutenant Colonel Tri Wiratno, has instilled in his Soldiers the importance of aiding those in need in their assigned areas while carrying out the main task of securing the area. Therefore, since Monday (26/8), 1LT Ari Surahman has conducted Social Communication with Community Leaders and Figures in the village regarding the plan to clean the airport area. After the discussion, it was agreed that the time to clean the airport would be on Saturday (31/8) morning in the Beoga Airport area.



After the preparations were completed, the Soldiers and the Milawak residents were united in their readiness to carry out the community service. This unity, this shared purpose, was palpable in the air. All residents and the Soldiers were equally enthusiastic about carrying out the cleaning activities, which were the first to be carried out together involving the residents and the Soldiers who were on duty in Papua. The entire environment around the Beoga Airport runway was a testament to the unity of the Soldiers and the residents who worked hand in hand to clean the Airport. After the activity, Mr. Danel Wanmang, the Head of Milawak Village, expressed his gratitude, saying "Thank you Commander 323, the first time the Task Force and the community have cleaned the Beoga Airport area together. God bless the TNI".



Upon receiving the program report, the HABEMA Commanding General, Brigadier General Lucky Avianto, expressed his pride, saying, "The initiative of the 323 Task Forces to hold community service in cleaning up the environment around the Beoga Airport runway is a shining example of the TNI's effort to conduct inclusive Social Communication with community members in the assigned area to support the acceleration of development in the Papua region. This positive response from the military leadership reassures the event's success and underscores its significant and positive impact on the community, fostering a sense of hope for the future."
